Service Description
This tailored session is dedicated to Mothering the Mother. A slow and safe space for your matrescence - the metamorphosis of pregnancy and beyond. This is for mums who haven’t slept, don’t have time for pelvic floor work or scar massage and simply need a nonjudgemental space, and quiet time to be held and to heal. We release the shame, the taboos that emerge through this transition. I will meet you where you are at, physically, mentally and emotionally. We will discuss your intention, collaborate on a plan and embark on a slow journey to heal from the inside out. Contact me directly for an in-depth class outline. The basics of the class will focus on establishing breath awareness, a very important part of the healing process and regulating the nervous system. You will be provided with daily rituals to integrate mindfulness and bite sized movements towards recovery and reconnection with the body. Little loves are welcome. Available online or in person at an agreed location. Fridays from 3pm - 6pm.
