Service Description

An accessible flow to unwind and find calm. This practice is mostly seated and inspired by the Yin yoga discipline. Poses are held for longer to stretch the connective tissue and slowly open the body. All levels and abilities are welcome. Please let me know of any injuries or considerations that may affect your practice.
