Service Description
This tailored session is dedicated to Mothering the Mother. A slow and safe space for your matrescence - the metamorphosis of pregnancy and beyond. This is for mums who haven’t slept, don’t have time for pelvic floor work or scar recovery and simply need a nonjudgemental space, and quiet time to be held and to heal. I will meet you where you are at, physically, mentally and emotionally. We will discuss your intention, collaborate on a plan and embark on a slow journey to heal from the inside out. Contact me directly for an in-depth class outline. The basics of the class will focus on establishing breath awareness, a very important part of the healing process and regulating the nervous system. You will be provided with daily rituals to integrate mindfulness and bite sized movements towards recovery and re-connection with the body.
